History Teach-In: Screening "13th"

The Department of History is pleased to announce the fourth installment in the History Teach-In series, featuring a screening of the documentary 13th. Ava DuVernay's critically acclaimed documentary examines the relationship between slavery, Jim Crow laws, and mass incarceration today. 

Following the screening, Dr. D'Weston Haywood and Dr. Ian Beamish will facilitate a community discussion.
