On Monday November 14, 2016, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s History Department will be hosting a skype discussion with the University of Paris, Creteil (UPEC).  The discussion will be at 9 a.m. and will discuss the differences and similarities between public history in the two countries. Students will compare each other’s definitions of public history, the approaches to teaching an practicing public history in both countries, and what work is being done in the field outside Louisiana and the United States.
