Alumnus Wins Prestigious Fellowship

ACLS HBCU Faculty Fellows

Danielle St. Julien, an alumnus of our B.A. and M.A. programs and current assistant professor of history at Xavier University of Louisiana, has been awarded an inaugural American Council of Learned Societies HBCU Faculty Fellowship. St. Julien, who earned her Ph.D. at Binghamton University, will use the fellowship award to support her long-term research project "Progress over Parity: America’s Battle to Define Racial Inequality after the Nineteen Sixties."
